  "introduction": "These terms establish the conditions of use, rights and obligations of Refactory (the company) and users, and other necessary matters for services including OWOO: Our day (the service). Please read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the service.",

      "title": "Article 1. Purpose and definitions",
      "body": "The service helps partners exchange feelings through character actions and keep daily memories through evening reflections, comic notes and home decoration. A “visitor” is someone who installs the app and accesses the service. A “user” is someone who agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy and is authorized to use the service. “Service” means the company's app, web and content features, including OWOO: Our day. A “user account” identifies a user and enables service use. A “couple” is two users who have approved a shared relationship connection. “User content” includes profiles, text, notes, photos and other material entered, created or uploaded by users. “Posts” are user content displayed in the service or sent to a partner. “Service content” means comics, characters, images, items and tools provided by the company. “Warmth” is an in-app unit earned through activities or used for items and features; it is not cash or a refundable payment method."

      "title": "Article 2. Publication and changes",
      "body": "The company publishes these terms and the Privacy Policy with its name and support details on the app's initial or connection screen or website, in a form users can easily view, save and print. Users must read them before using the service. The company may change these terms to reflect laws, improve the service or protect user rights. Changes, reasons and their effective date are announced at least 7 days in advance, or 30 days for changes materially affecting users' rights or obligations. Users who disagree may stop using the service and delete their accounts. The company also explains how to object."

      "title": "Article 3. Registration and service agreement",
      "body": "The agreement is formed when a visitor installs and runs the app, agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy, and is accepted by the company. Users must be at least 14. Users must provide accurate personal information when registering, connecting or purchasing and promptly update changes. Impersonation, false information, multiple accounts, account transfer and account sharing are prohibited. The company may refuse, defer or restrict registration due to possible legal violations, failure to meet age requirements, false information, prior restrictions, payment fraud, equipment or technical issues, or other grounds making service provision inappropriate."

      "title": "Article 4. Account management and privacy",
      "body": "Users must manage their accounts and authentication methods with due care and must not allow third parties to use them. Users who discover account theft or unusual use must promptly notify the company and follow its instructions; failure to do so may make users responsible for resulting disadvantages. The company may send operational notices, changes, outage and safety information through app notifications, connection screens or contact methods users provide. Collection, use, sharing and deletion of personal information follow the separately published Privacy Policy, which may not apply to third-party services merely linked from the app or website."

      "title": "Article 5. Service features and use",
      "body": "The service provides daily user guides, heart actions and replies, evening reflections, comics and notes, daily postcards, relationship connections, notifications, home decoration, a shop and settings. Instructions and sharing scopes are specified in each feature or separate guidance. Any fortune-telling, recommendations or AI-generated content are reference material for entertainment and records, not guarantees of facts, predictions, professional advice or particular outcomes."

      "title": "Article 6. Couple connections and record sharing",
      "body": "A relationship is established when a request sent by invite code or QR is accepted. An account may connect to only one partner at a time. Connected partners can see guides whose writing requirements both users have met, heart actions sent to them, shared notes and records agreed to be saved together. Drafts before connection are not shared. Users must not enter or share others' information or records without consent. Disconnection stops sharing and new access in the former relationship; record handling and recovery are described in the app and Privacy Policy."

      "title": "Article 7. User and service content",
      "body": "Users retain rights permitted by applicable law over their own text, notes, photos and other user content. Users grant the company nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to use that content as needed for service delivery, storage, display, partner delivery, backup, recovery and error handling. The company does not use it for advertising targeting or sale to third parties beyond the user's consent or purposes in these terms. For legal or contractual violations, rights infringement, reports or operational needs, the company may hide, delete or restrict delivery of posts after notice, or notify afterward in emergencies. Copyright and trademarks in comics, characters, items, backgrounds and other service content belong to the company or lawful rights holders. Reproduction, distribution, sale or commercial use requires prior permission. Users are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe others' rights."

      "title": "Article 8. Ads, notifications and external integrations",
      "body": "Local testing and remote preview are distinct modes. Remote preview actually uses Firebase Authentication, Cloudflare APIs and storage, and Android FCM notifications. Live iOS APNs delivery is disabled pending key preparation; operational integration of live store payments and commercial advertising is not complete. A test integration uses Google sample rewarded-ad units. SDK requests can occur according to verification-build settings and advertising privacy choices. Test ads may process device, network and consent information and differ from an on-device simulation. Operational integration of live store payments and commercial ads is not complete. Advertising privacy choices and device permissions may permit standard SDK data such as advertising identifiers to be processed. If advertising or marketing information is later provided, consent for it will be separate from basic service use, and users may refuse or withdraw it in settings. External platforms, including app stores, social login and a Cloudflare production backend, may also be governed by their providers' terms, policies and privacy policies. Required processors, recipients and conditions will be disclosed before integration."

      "title": "Article 9. Prohibited conduct",
      "body": "Users must not impersonate others, use another person's identity, share accounts, collect or disclose personal information without consent, threaten or harass partners, send offensive content, post illegal, obscene, hateful, discriminatory or rights-infringing material, infringe intellectual property or portrait rights, manipulate payments, Warmth or ad rewards, hack, reverse engineer or alter app or server data, use automation for abnormal access, make false reports to disrupt others, impersonate the company or operators, use the service for incompatible purposes such as profit, advertising, political activity or gambling, or otherwise violate applicable laws or public order and morals."

      "title": "Article 10. Provision, changes and suspension",
      "body": "The company strives to provide a stable service but may change or temporarily suspend some or all of it for maintenance, repairs, outages, traffic surges, security measures, new features or operational needs. Advance notice is provided where possible, with later notice in emergencies. To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including disasters, national emergencies and communications or platform outages."

      "title": "Article 11. Paid content, memberships and refunds",
      "body": "Basic features and some content are free. Home items, backgrounds, pets, album content and OWOO Together membership may require the displayed Warmth or app store payment. Product names, prices, periods, conditions, withdrawal rights and refund restrictions are shown before purchase. Warmth cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred or traded. When real payments are introduced, app store payment and refund policies and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce apply. Withdrawal may be restricted by law for digital content used immediately or deemed used. Confirmed payment errors or overpayments are refunded through the original method where possible; otherwise users receive separate guidance. Deleting the app or logging out does not automatically cancel an app store subscription.\n\nPaid checkout is currently undergoing operational verification and integration preparation. Commercial availability will be stated in the purchase screen of the corresponding version."

      "title": "Article 12. Withdrawal and restrictions",
      "body": "Users may request account deletion in Settings. Account access and relationships then end, and personal information and records are deleted under the Privacy Policy, except data required by law to be retained. If a user violates these terms or operating policies, or account theft or unlawful use is suspected, the company may restrict, suspend or terminate use after notice or urgently, explaining the reason and procedures for reinstatement and objection. Users may object through the stated procedure, and justified objections lead to removal of restrictions."

      "title": "Article 13. AI, external tools and content responsibility",
      "body": "AI or external technologies may be used to create service or user content. Accuracy, originality and copyright protection of AI output are not guaranteed. Users must verify and take responsibility for the legality and rights implications of content they enter or generate. The company may use external tools as needed to provide the service, but this does not create a direct contract between users and those providers."

      "title": "Article 14. Scope of company liability",
      "body": "The company strives to provide the service safely and protect users under applicable law. Absent intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and to the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for device, network, app store or third-party service problems, user fault, disputes between users, or harm from misunderstanding service results. To the extent permitted by law, uninterrupted free services and the quality, suitability or commercial usability of user content are not guaranteed."

      "title": "Article 15. Governing law and disputes",
      "body": "Matters not covered by these terms follow applicable laws, the Privacy Policy, feature guidance and operating policies. The company and users will first try to resolve disputes through support; users may submit specific details and requested remedies. Unresolved disputes are handled by courts with jurisdiction under the laws of the Republic of Korea."

      "title": "Article 16. Effective date and inquiries",
